Is the MACH high maintenance?
The MACH REACTOR has stood the test of time, and has a proven life span beyond 10 years! The MACH is a truly plug and play zero maintenance piece of kit.
I see your MACH REACTOR utilizes the power of cavitation, how is this a good thing?
The MACH is a shift in perspective because it was designed on the principle of CAVITATION by harnessing its incredible energy and using it for something incredible! The MACH generates pico-bubbles as a result of cavitation in its venturi’s. These pico-bubbles are critical in flotation processes for the improved recovery of fines and in leaching processes for enhanced kinetics and improved recovery, in a nutsell.
If I need to start from scratch, how can he implement the MACH, and at what phase is it recommended to add it on?
The MACH REACTOR isn’t an entire plant, it is an add on to existing flotation or leach plants. So, he would need to start his plant first, but we can be involved in arranging it to be incorporated from the get go, so that he can reap the rewards without wasting time…
I don’t have high-pressure gas. I was wondering if I needed it?
The MACH does not require high-pressure gas to operate as it is completely self-aspirating. This means that it generates its own vacuum between the venturis to pull in the gas. This attribute of the MACH also goes a long way to keep the gas lines from blocking.
I see that GoldOre is really doing well internationally. You must be a huge global organisation? How many employees do you have?
Nope, GoldOre is proudly a small South African business with a powerful core team operating from the MACH Mindset, outsourcing various sectors of work to make big things happen and help other small businesses grow. You would only need a large team if there’s something dysfunctional and you know it is going to break, then you will need a large team to sort that out, but with the MACH needing no maintenance, the small team is all we need. If you really think about it, the industry should not be promoting a need for a big team for technology companies. That won’t help towards a carbon net zero world by 2050. Unnecessarily large companies will not give you that, they are adding to it by doing things like flying aeroplanes around the world to fix your constant reactor problems.
